Hi. I'm sick of this now. My broadband keeps disconnecting then re connecting. I've had some one out to it TWICE I have the best package. If this doesn't get sorted I'm done trying. I've re started my router I've done all I can.

Did you call the broadband team from one of the other threads you created that I posted in?

Not much we can do apart from advise you to keep calling them again until it’s fixed. Most likely another fault maybe at a different point.

Sometimes intermittent faults can take multiple visits to finally cure them. With the ageing copper network that Now (as well as other ISPs not using Fibre to the property) use the problems can be multiple. Contact Now and get them to call out Openreach again.
Hope they get it this time.
