Slow broadband

Hi. I'm sick of this now. My broadband keeps disconnecting then re connecting. I've had some one out to it TWICE I have the best package. If this doesn't get sorted I'm done trying. I've re started my router I've done all I can.

yes. they came out. Its supposed to all be fixed.

Not much we can do apart from advise you to keep calling them again until it’s fixed. Most likely another fault maybe at a different point.

Sometimes intermittent faults can take multiple visits to finally cure them. With the ageing copper network that Now (as well as other ISPs not using Fibre to the property) use the problems can be multiple. Contact Now and get them to call out Openreach again.

Hope they get it this time.

 talking about the Wifi or the internet connection?

If its the internet connection did you have another service provider before Now, and if so what and how did that perform?
