Sky sports keeps sticking when it shows replays ie of goals

Any ideas why when watching a football match on Sky Sports that when they show a replay of the goals the screen freezes and it takes a few seconds to sort itself out?   Its really frustrating when watching a match!

What playback device are you using ?

I am guessing it's the Leicester v Leeds game which is playing fine for me.

If you are not using a mobile sports pass, does the problem happen on both Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League ?

Thanks for the reply!   The playback device is the Now Tv stick. and it did it during the Leicester Leeds match for us but hasnt done it so far in this game (West Ham v Livepool).  Yes it does it on sky sports main and  premier league.

Its a brand new TV so not sure why it is doing this

Has this weird issue only started to occur when using your new television set or did you see this problem before on your old TV.

If it's only been occurring since you have been using the NowTV Stick on the new television, then this is a bit of a long shot, you could try a different HDMI port on the TV and also go into the TV picture settings and switch off any motion processing.

Once you have tried that and if the problem still persists, then maybe try steps 1 & 6 from this guide linked below.

Should you still have no joy, can you temporary test the Stick out on your previous or another television in the home to see if the problem still exists.
