Hi everyone. 

setting up now tv broadband and we already have a pre-existing master socket 5c in place. It looks like an mk4. Consequently, I can’t plug in the router into the phone part of this. For context to the left is the WiFi part and the right is the phone part. Guessing this means we need to put the micro filter into the phone part of this???? However still can’t get the bugger to work. It’s Xmas day someone help

No, you have a pre-filtered socket, so you don't need to use the plug in filter at all, just connect the router to the DSL socket. This may help.

Hi, how can I find my Now tv landline number

If you have a phone connected to it, try ringing a mobile, and see what number comes up.

You can also ring 17070, and it should report the number to you.
