Set up

I have set up an account for broadband, have had confirmation emails and my date that the broadband will go live (12/01/23), yet I still haven’t received any broadband box or heard from an engineer. I’ve attempted to track my parcel but there is nothing being provided.

Not much can be done on here I am afraid as we are all customers like yourself. Best to call the broadband team.

NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.
