The OP in this linked thread below found this was causing their smartphone not to connect to the NOW Router.

Don't know if it's relevant to you, but check the settings on your Samsung smartphone, if something in the phone Settings is blocking the connections.
Also if your smartphone has the option to connect via the WPS feature then see if these instructions work in the link below.

What model of mobile phone?
Besides @schnapps‘ good advice:-
If Apple, try turning off Private Relay.
If you phone was bought abroad, or your provider is not a UK one, this can also be an issue.
