Router maintenance at inconvenient time

Every time it hits between 1-2am my router restarts itself for "maintenance" and it is quite annoying. Is there any way I can change what time this happens or just disable it completely if I wished?

I am usually online in the early hours of the morning and very late at night so this does get in the way of me being able to do things I need to get done. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is this the Now router on the Now Broadband?

If so, you will need to speak to Now Broadband support.
