Regular unexplained dropping of the service

3 weeks ago my internet service has started dropping.

It isn't a wifi issue because I have ethernet cables from the router to my desktop PC and my sky Q box.

It started three weeks ago after 12 months uninterrupted faultless service and is now becoming a regular daily thing

ANYBODY ANY  IDEAS HOW I CAN RESOLVE MATTERS

Assuming you’ve done the factory reset of your router?

All I can suggest is calling the broadband team because there could be a fault with the line somewhere from the cabinet to your property.
