How do I record on now tv bought Roku fire stick and still can’t record and my picture is sometimes better than other why?

Hi @Pamie 

You can't record on the NOW service and also the NOW Stick or Fire Stick doesn't offer a live recording function.

Your option would be on Demand or catch up.

Forgot to ask, what type of TV shows do you want to record ?

Are they terrestrial Freeview TV Shows or actual TV shows on the NOW streaming service.

Those people on BT Broadband who subscribe to BT TV can record from the Now live channels that BT TV provide in the EPG on the BT Pro YouView box that BT lend them.

While this is not a cheap option, it may run out less expensive than Sky Q, the only other alternative.
