Poor Service

They cancelled my account saying that I did not book an appointment, when I called more than 5 times due they change my appointment date. They have a calendar and you can choose the day, also at weekends, but if you choose weekend day they are gonna to change it for you to weekday and then they will try to charge you more tan £60 if you'd like to have the service. Really Poor customer services.

Not sure I completely follow your problems, but Now are not the only ISP.

If they don't suit, go elsewhere.
