Poor Filming

Subscribed to Now to watch Monte Carlo  ATP  Tennis 

Aside from the App having a very clunky relationship with my Samsung TV the Tennis was spoiled as the ball was almost impossible to follow due to the angle of filming and lack of camera filtering. This was reflected by lots of comments on social media. Subscription return would fix the problem?

Also tried to watch on Apple TV, but App gave no option to sign in, only purchase.

Hi @Smithy 

Can't help about the tennis camera angles or the broadcasting feed for the Tennis.

But you should be able to enter your NOW login details on the Apple TV NOW App (assuming it's a fourth generation ATV or newer) by clicking on the gear wheel icon on the top line of the NOW App home screen.

If you are seeing a QR scan code then click enter on your ATV remote to clear the QR scan code and then click on the gear wheel icon on the NOW App home screen.
