Not getting guaranteed download speeds. Have been user for many years. Have done all checks advised.

Have you done a factory reset to the router indicated in the link below?

Otherwise call the broadband team and ask for full investigation of the line, could be a fault as far back as the cabinet. See link below for number.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
