For the last month, for days at a time people have been unable to call me.
Sometimes the phone makes one squeaky ring and cuts off, but generally people say they tried to call me but it didn't work.
Some phone me back on my mobile, but others don't.
I go to the check my line page and once or twice it says I have poor performance, but often it says the line is fine. Previously I have had an issue at the exchange end, and the help has had me changing phones and filters for ages, but I cannot even find it this time.
Is there any way I can speak to a human, all the references seem to have been taken out in an endless help loop of contacts.
