Now tv 2 loginst

I find I have 2 log in credentials.

1 has a subscription the newer one. The other has not.

I need to delete the cost login to allow the now app toe operate on the second.

Please correct if I have picked you up wrong. You have 2 accounts and you want to delete one of them?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Just log out on the older one, and then log in with the new one,

This will keep you watching Now while you dicker with Live Chat to get the old account deleted, and should also mean that Now will see there is no current usage of it.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
