Now Broadband is currently breaking Apple updates

I have tried to update my Mac to MacOS ventura. The installer kept erroring out with a message saying that MacOS cannot be verified. This appears to be connected to a check with Apple servers.

 

The issue was resolved by using a VPN.

 

How does one even report these kinds of issues to Now? Presumably something in their caching setup is broken.

If nothing else is failing, I doubt there is an actual fault. I would suspect Broadband Buddy as using a VPN would circumvent it.
