Not recognising my IP address as UK

I have previously watched nowtv on my Samsung frame tv just fine.

now it says I am roaming and cannot watch.

I have checked my IP address (community fibre) and it is london.

i have spoken to now chat 5 times and got nowhere. Yes I’ve rebooted router, logged in and out, deleted everything (each time disconnecting the chat!!!).

At my wits end! Please can someone help! I need to watch F1 on Friday!! Thanks!

What about doing a full power down of the router for 30 minutes? This is something I have seen mentioned by other forum users that seemed to have down the trick.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Community Fibre seems to be a common factor in all this; they seem to be using a bank of IP addresses that Now misrecognises.

Having said which, this is Now’s issue to fix, as no other streaming services seem to be making this mistake.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
