No internet

Is internet down in the NE37 area that anybody knows of?

Hi @Whyme 

There is an outage in the NE post code area.

A few people have reported it over on Twitter.

NOW have tweeted back to say that Engineers are currently on site fixing the issue.

21.30 last night broadband disappeared in my NE38 postcode. I logged on my account and it said planned maintenance in loads of north eastern postcodes from midnight to 06:00. That was 23 hours ago. I have followed the advice and processes and reported it hours ago but still no internet. Cost me a days holiday as I was supposed to be working at home. Now person said it was openreach issue and was being sorted. That was 10:30 this morning. Sky broadband down across North East as well. Very annoying.

 I have been having internet connection problems for the last 2 weeks and it is really frustrating. I have done all the recommended home maintenance and again today tried to get my line check only to get a response, unable to check your line, so not sure where to go now but dropping out every other minute is clearly not workable. I am in the WR13 area and altho you were carrying out work here on 11th, this problem was present a couple of weeks before and is still a problem.  Saw a worker up the pole outside my window last week was he anything to do with it? Help
