No internet connection.

Lost broadband connection several times yesterday and no internet connection since at least 11am today when first checked. Rebooted everything to no avail.

Will seek advice through the helpline as there seems to be no other way to report it

Calling the broadband team IS the only way to report it. Broadband staff NEVER come on here.

So, I just got through to the help team and they just said call back when it's not working. Not really useful with regard to loss of service.
