Followed the instructions disconnected sky router, connected now tv router all ok connected to tv connected to mobile connected to wife’s mobile connecting to sky no joy followed setup are you connecting to new router yes, wrong password it said tried nowtv tech didn’t know what the problem was or how to fix so went back to setup this time said connecting to sky router all went straight thru, why can’t they mention that in manual, I didn’t know nowtv broadband was part of sky, why didn’t the tech man know that?
