Is there anywhere within ‘my account’ where I can see what my average monthly broadband usage is?

No afraid not, you could try calling the broadband team however. See link for number.

All NOW broadband packages include unlimited data so there is little need for this information, other than perhaps curiosity! As @gavs82008 said though, the support team may be able to access some figures for you, although I doubt it will come in an average monthly amount. Give them a call on 0330 332 3050.
