Losing broadband daily

Been a customer for over 4 yrs no problems. Last 3 weeks been losing broadband connection daily all day every day. Not the only one either as asked around and others got same problem i'm in Canterbury others as far as Romford. I'm even losing connection whilst I write this. All of us are not prepared to pay our subscriptions much longer if NOW Broadband don't fix it.

Also when you report it and only when you report it you’ll no doubt be in line for compensation.
