Line activation

Hi my line is meant to be activated today and had a text at 440 pm saying engineer is at the the station to connect you I'm still not live I was just wondering how long people have had to wait for it to go live I know it can take up until mid night same day but surely if engineer has connected me at the place he been to it should be live right

Have you connected everything up with the router to see if you are up and running?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

HI yes it's all set up 

2 green lights on power and wireless and when try and connect to device says connected without Internet and in my orders still says waiting for line activation

How is it now?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
