Lifeline community alarm

My mothers phone is through NowTv and there is a fault n the line - no dialling tone. She has a community alarm and requires this to be working 24/7 - I can find a telephone number to contact to report fault. When I go online, it says “click to check line” then says to status is good well that isn’t the problem! Anyone know where I can find a telephone number for report fault in telephone line?
