My connection keeps dropping off. The first couple of times I reset the router because the technical check came back as low. Now it is saying my connection is all good but the internet keeps dropping off.

Have you tried the various suggestions in the help pages?
Have you got any issues with noise on your landline?
Other than that, there is not a lot we can do here I'm afraid, you will need to persevere with NOW customer services directly.
