When will the issue be resolved?

I called them and asked for an update. They do not give you any sort of time, all they say is they are working on it. It’s been down since 6 pm last night and still has not been resolved. The service is a joke and I will be looking forward to changing my broadband to be honest

Some kind of explanation (like they give when the trains fail) would be the least you would expect but they aren’t even able to give that. Weak.

Exactly! And with so many people working from home now Wifi is a necessity, and they can’t even be bothered to give an update. So frustrating

Thank you sir but unfortunately that is not useful at all as it only shows that the connection is down which I am sure everyone call tell for themselves!

The call centre appearently has ques up to over an hour. So unless you want to wait on hold to be told "its an issue because of the OpenReach network and they are looking into it" my suggestion is to try hang on in there.
