Intermittent Broadband Issues

How do you contact someone at Now TV, my broadband goes down around 8 times a day however the only way it seems you can get any help is by doing the line check and it detects an issue which then seemingly puts you through to someone. Because my issue is intermittent unless I check the line at exactly the moment it's gone down it says everything is fine and doesn't give me the option to speak to anyone. looking at the syslogs it went down 8 times Monday, 5 times Tuesday and twice today so far. Can someone from Now please reach out to me to arrange a visit, it's the VDSL2 line that's dropping, not a problem with the router as I've already switched that for an old sky router and that does exactly the same, socket was changed recently by BT Openreach, the telepgraph pole was recently replaced and it's been happening since then so I suspect they've done something whilst replacing the pole

@Gary1

You won't get any form of staff giving updates on here in relation to broadband. It has never happened in my time of using the forum.

Below are some standard things you can and probably have done before calling the team.

Have you done a factory reset to the router indicated in the link below?https://help.nowtv.com/article/improve-broadband-speed

This link also shows any planned outages as well wide spread faults.

You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Many thanks for the prompt response, I've contacted Now and they've escalated to the Network Team so we're on with the investigation
