Incorrect email on start up

I got my email addy wro g when I joined. Now I cant change without validating the email which is sent to an email addy I dont have access  to.

I want to watch on my telly but again, cant till email addy is validated.

I feel like I'm going round and round in circles with the chat and info . 

I just want to change my email address. Can anybody help me with this please?

We can’t be much help on here as we’re just customers like you. 

Would say you have two options

1. Keep pestering live chat

2. Create new account and close the other one

Live Chat can do this for you quite easily. You say you have been going round in circles with them, but have you really been talking to Live Chat, or just getting tangled up with the Nowbot, and its siren call of ‘Get Help Quickly’, which it can’t deliver on in cases like this, and many others?

So here’s how you get to the real Live Chat:-

Avoid ‘Get Help Quickly’ on this screen. This leads to the Nowbot, an AI bot that might well assist you in navigating the Help; but if you need to talk to Live Chat, you have already gone beyond that, and all the Nowbot can bring you is frustration.

It might be shut now, but is open 8am - 8pm
