I cannot find a option to report this. I am paying £15 a month more for a service I'm not getting.
How do I get this resolved?

Only way to resolve anything is by calling support, as they never ever come on here.https://community.nowtv.com/t5/help/faqpage/title/what-is-community-for
Also is this over Ethernet or wifi?
