I can't access to Broadband Buddy

I'm a surgeon.

Now WiFi blocks my access to medical images.

I want to turn off Broadband Buddy, but when accessing I can only watch big circles.

I can't turn off it.

Hi @multinguish 

You should be able to either change the default age 13 rating to something like Age 18 or switch off Broadband Buddy on your NOW online account.

Maybe try accessing your account with another internet browser or another device first before getting in touch with the NOW Broadband Team for further assistance and help.
