Hi, yesterday it was supposed to go live, and nothing happened.
Ive been waiting for more than 2 Weeks now. Why it's taking so long? Can somebody check what's going on?
The order and tracking page has disappeared.

I had the same issue. It's been two days and I actually called the customer service. They told me they'll send me a text message or email, but I received nothing.

Because this is predominantly a forum where customers help out fellow customers, it might be a good idea to chase up NOW directly.
From the link page below, there are a few communication methods (including a telephone number) to contact the NOW Broadband Team.

Yes, It's live. It started yesterday (I called them, and they informed me the engineer would come to take a look outside of the property).
