What's the wifi signal like from the Fire Stick if you can access the Fire Stick Settings.
Can you temporary test the Fire Stick on another television in your home ?
Have you tried rebooting both your Fire Stick and NOW Router if none of the Apps run on your Fire Stick and all you are getting is a loading spinning circle on your television screen ?
Have you split the 2.4ghz and 5ghz wifi bands on the NOW Hub 2 Router and tried both with your Fire Stick ?
You could also try a different wifi channel on the Router from the channels available in the Router webpage settings.
Another thing you can try is the Google Public DNS settings on the Fire Stick, which i have used in the past on my Fire Stick when using the NOW Hub Router.
If you are getting nowhere, then get in touch with the NOW Broadband Team for further help on how to get their NOW Router working with your Fire Stick.
