Extremely poor broadband and phone service- I want to leave!!!!

Had now broadband and phone service for nearly 2 weeks. Speeds fluctuate all the time and dip to nearly zero on a regular basis!! Engineer called and it only made things worse as all my landline extensions now don’t work.

 

have emailed twice for help- had no reply?
have tried live chat- no operators available all the time!!
cant get through on any help number!!
I now just want to leave- grrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!

Hi- sorry I would but my mobile reception is very poor in my house. I usually use WiFi calling but I can’t use that at the moment. I tried calling your support team earlier but the guy couldn’t hear me!!

This is a customer forum. So I’m exactly the same as you a customer. 

Live chat I believe is mainly reserved for TV passes I believe. 

Even if you only get 1 bar of signal on your mobile it’ll be enough to make the phone call.
