As you posted this in the broadband section I would suggest to call the team. Broadband support never post on the forum. See link for number, lines are open from 8am to 8pm.

If this is Broadband related (then it sounds like something in your online account Broadband Settings is blocking the download).
Have you tried changing your online account Broadband Buddy Settings to see if this helps?
As Now don't provide email, I doubt they will be able to help you.
If you give more information, (such as client/app in use) we may have suggestions.
Thanks for your assorted replies.
The answer seems to be the Apple Mail app, in that when I transfer my accounts to a Yahoo mail box, the problem goes away.

@andrewsimpson Now keep removing my reply (probably due to the link I put in it) but if you go to a well know search engine and put that error message in, the matches are all related to Apple devices. Work through the listed solutions as it it could be one of a dozen reasons.
