Device limits on NOW Broadband

I have a new NOW broadband router as I was having a lot of pausing while using the Play station 5 to stream Netflix, Disney +, Prime & also issues with the PS5 etc. Sadly 2 months or so later we still encounter the same issues, could this be down to the number of other devices, the PS5 or the Download or Upload Speed which are as follows:

D/Speed: Estimated: 52.1 - 72.9 Mbps

D/Speed: Guaranteed: 45.2 Mbps

U/Speed: Est: 14.9 - 19.0 Mbps

Any thoughts much appreciated.

Is the PS5 connected via Ethernet or Wi-Fi?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Are you in a position to connect it via Ethernet?

I've had similar issues, DHCP on the Router 2 seems unable to cope with the 60+ devices (kids all have phones, ipads, laptops, plus all the smart switches for Alexa, and tvs)... Ended up getting a ubiquiti UDR dream machine router to handle whole home, and just have single uplink cable into the Now router... Much more reliable.
