Is there a problem with the network my wifi keeps restarting since yesterday afternoon and I need it for my work cant get 10 mins without it restarting my router

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

If the wiring between the NOW Hub Router and Telephone socket hasn't come loose and you tried a full reset by holding in the reset button on the back of the Router for around 10 to 15 seconds.

 

Then give the NOW Broadband Team a call.
