Connection lost

Hello,

I had my device set up two days ago by an engineer. My device did not connect immediately and the engineer told me there was an issue at the cabinet and ha had to fix it. 

Everything worked well for 2 days. Now internet is lost despite the 3 green lights are on.  It seems that the connection is lost!

Tried to reset but no internet.

What should I do?
