Changing delivery address for Hub

Hello. I would like to change my delivery address for the Hub but the phone customer service agents have been completely unhelpful. Please could you advise? As far as I am concerned I am off to a really bad start with Now.

Alas, the ‘you’ you are addressing is your fellow-customers; nobody from Now will see your post 😢

But I suggest you repost it in Now’s Twitter feed; Now staffers man that, and will not like to see negative publicity go unanswered.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

The router is delivered by Royal Mail. You should also get a tracking number for it. See this link for info.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
