I am a new customer and I cannot connect to wifi today. When my mobile phone is connected to WIFl, it shows that it is connected, but there is no internet. What should I do?

I do not know your full situation. It sounds likely that BT Openreach has not yet connected you to the internet. They say to allow, up to 14 days for this to happen. You may well get a connection sooner of course. All providers will tell you the same thing. It is frustrating I know.
