Cancelling the broadband week before contract ends

My contract comes to an end on 09.06.23 and this is payment day. If I want to cancel it before 09.06 I have to pay cancellation fee. If my membership ends after 09.06 I won't have to pay any cancellation fees. And my question is: Will they take payment that day, and if they do, will they refund it? What I understand payment is taken in advance.

I would say, as long as you have paid 12 monthly payments, you can cancel anytime you like, you will have fulfilled your contractual obligations.

But yes, give Now a call if you are worried.
