I have booked an engineer visit for installing a new phone line. But then my landlord told me that I do not need one as there is already one in the flat. Where can I cancel the booking?

Give the NOW Broadband Team a call tomorrow morning where the phone line is open between 8am to 8pm.

Forgot to mention that an Engineer may still need access to the property when carrying out their street cabinet testing if they think the BT Master telephone socket needs updating.
This happened to my Dad (lucky he was at home because he wasn't expecting the BT Openreach Engineer because there was an existing telephone line already installed).
Hopefully your existing telephone line and BT Socket is already suitable for both telephone and Internet.
