I have entered the password provided on both card and under the hub as shown and in all capitals.
Is there a solution for this. Thanks

Firstly try a full reset on the NOW Router and try the Wi-Fi password once again.
If that doesn't work if you have a something like a laptop with an Ethernet port on it, connect the Ethernet cable between the laptop and NOW Router and check what Wi-Fi password is currently on the Router or change the password to something of your choice.

Forgot to ask is this happening on all your internet connected devices or just one or two devices in particular when attempting to connect to the NOW Router over Wi-Fi ?
If it's only certain devices that fail, then what devices are they ?
