Can't access google and teams messages take 10 minutes to send

I have had this service for around 3 months and only get broadband in one room.

It doesn't let me access google and my teams messages for work take around 5 minutes to send.

A business user trying to work over Now Broadband is like an Amazon delivery driver trying to make do with a Mini 😢

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
