The Now router is not the best for WiFi range. Or anything else, come to that.
But what speeds were you promised and what are you getting?
You could try sourcing a Sky SR203 router off eBay, and swapping that in, as it is compatible, but the range is much better.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
