Hi I am new to now I have set the box up it works however it keeps stopping when watching anything on my firestick or Google chromecast also the connection on my sons computer and phones even when we aren't both on I'm off today son at school amd it still stalls it's very annoying should I change suppliers it didn't happen with bt but now was cheaper trying keep bills down. When I go know technical issues it says waiting on order but after speaking to now when it wouldn't connect at first and its connected Bt have been out checked everything fixed my connection box but still stalls
