Broadband still not activated

My broad band was first supposed to be activated on the 18th and they changed it to the 21st. They said I didn’t need an engineer out and just to wait until 12am on the 21st as it can take up to then. Its now the 22nd and it’s still not activated.

Call the broadband team to sort it out. Sounds like an OpenReach issue.

@Courtney similar boat- I’d advise switching as they pretended to not hear me on the phone when I opened with “I have no broadband despite activation being yesterday” 

they hung up on me.

@Wolf09  I switched to sky and has been so much better not had a single problem. Now it currently trying to charge me for landline d calls that I haven’t made and I don’t even have a landline set it
