The NOW tv website states I have download speed of 80 and upload of 20 but I have tested 3 different speed tests which all state I am getting 11 download and 2 upload... ?

Are you testing over Wi-Fi?
If so try wired, you should get about 70Mbs on that sync.

WiFi over the routers is well known to be poor, you could split the bands.https://help.nowtv.com/article/improve-broadband-speed
