Broadband set up help

Hello, I waited 3 weeks for an installation appointment, was called at 7:30 am and told to set it up myself. Was called again and told there's an issue with the external line and to wait for an engineer. Still not been contacted about when an engineer will come and sort the line out, no happy with the service so far.

Sorry to hear what you’ve been through so far. However I’m just a customer like you, no staff from broadband support come on to post here. 

All I can recommend is to keep calling until your sorted.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
