If Everything goes to plan and straight forward it usually takes 14 days from date of placing an order to go live with NOW Broadband (unless there is an Engineer's visit that could take a little while longer depending on what's involved with the telephone line).
Would have thought if you placed an order on the 4th of June then it should be active by now unless there was some major problems BT Openreach end.
Have you had any contact or an update from NOW?
Is there anything under your online account in the Broadband & Calls "Message" and "Oders & Appointments" section on your NOW Broadband account.
Best to chase up the NOW Broadband Team by calling the telephone number from this screenshot below (lines open between 8am to 8pm).
