Broadband hub delivery

My broadband is due to go live today, however i have still not received my router. When i have checked the "orders" section of my account the delivery has a green tick next to it. I have tried to call Now and once i explained the issue to the adviser, they ended the call. Any ideas on what i can do

Try phoning them again where you might come across a more helpful Staff Member.

 

Can't offer any advice, but if you or a family member or friend has an old Sky Router, use that when the NOW Broadband goes live until you receive the NOW Hub Router by post.
