I live in bootle and since Thursday my broadband has barely worked, when I check the line it says everything is fine however it clearly isn’t. I work from home and this is affecting me massively 😞 I rang and was given little to no help that was useful and asked was there any work being done in the area- how am I supposed to know! Is anyone else in the same boat?
