Broadband account

Hi, I was trying to find out about parental controls on Now broadband. I logged into Nowtv account but it doesn't seem to recognise that I have broadband. I followed the link to Sky and set up a password but again, it's offering me new services and doesn't recognise I already have Now broadband. How do I manage the service please?

Click/tap your avatar top right, select Manage NOW Account, select the hamburger on Account Summary at the very top, select entries from under My broadband & calls.

NB: Don’t get tangled up with Sky. Sky own Now, but they are different. Mostly.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
